Team Challenges (Concepts)

Quick, simple and interactive challenges. Games designed for smaller spaces, with a focus on communication, creativity and animation. Great for icebreakers between colleagues. Ideal for taking to company offices, transforming the everyday space into a momentary sharing of emotions and multiple challenges. At the end, a final challenge together to round off the afternoon with lots of laughter.

XXL parts and accessories, and a mini-’games without borders’ spirit. With familiar games such as rooster, mastermind, minefield, dominoes or memory, we've put together a set of challenges focusing on soft skills such as co-operation, communication, leadership, among others. It consists of several Icebreakers, at least 4 Game Stations (rotating) and a Final Quiz with all the participants, to end on a high note.

For true 'warriors', this is a challenge circuit where participants will feel young again, overcoming fun obstacles and working as a team, using the best strategy to overcome the most incredible challenges. A challenge with the same structure as the ‘Team Challenges’, but with inflatables, fun targets, mechanical bull/surf, gladiator, sumo wrestlers, and many other surprises!

For spaces of an intermediate size, or groups with a less intense profile, this is the option of creating a challenge with the same structure and fun as the challenges mentioned, but with 50% Team Challenges, 50% Games Without Borders. Keeping the icebreakers, stations, final quiz and props.

'Companies are made of people'. A challenge that is only possible with everyone's co-operation. Between colourful accessories (hat, t-shirt, scarf, other prop) to bring the final result to life, face painting, music and some coordination challenges, we worked on cooperation, communication and team spirit to form the final image/text. Shall we bring your Brand to life?

A stage, a presenter, 4 judges, a full room and lots of challenges! With at least 2 teams in the competition, the participants are called on stage in groups and strategically solve tasks written inside mysterious envelopes. With the rounds judged by ‘well-known’ juries, the “show” will bring out the creativity, cooperation, communication, competitiveness and good humour of the whole team!

Two teams, one mission: 'Who will be the colleague 'in possession' of the other team?' Based on your company's employees, this version of 'who's who' intersperses the typical questions like 'do you have blonde hair?' with fun questions about your own colleagues, answered via a questionnaire before the action. Participation on stage is rotating, but interaction is permanent, because the characters... are you!

Inspired by the American concept of 'Family Feud', we're bringing 'Company Feud' to your team. With questions answered by the colleagues themselves, we'll find out the TOP8 answers to questions such as “What's the first thing you do when you get to work?” or “What would you like to receive from your colleagues?”. 2 Buzzers, 1 trophy, several rounds and lots of interaction in a show full of revelations and good humour.

Participants are given different themes, premises and inspirations for the idea they have to form. The aim is to come up with the brightest idea, capable of solving the problem at hand. Presented and assessed by juries on stage when in ‘show’ mode, table vs table (teams), with the right to a final challenge for the brightest ideas, when in ‘Quiz’ mode, for the big final ‘clash’!

Your company has talent! With ‘luck’ on your side, talents (theatre, music, drawing, poetry, other) will be raffled off. Each performance will receive accessories to use and the appropriate score from a 'jury' made up of faces familiar to the group. At the end, you'll have a unique show, made up of your team members, some surprises and extra challenges and a GOT trophy to collect.

“My boss is ....” (Incredible?!) A quick and original version of the traditional “Stop” game. Each team is given cards with letters and pictures to use. The Host will then present sentences to complete or themes to match, which must be answered using the best possible response. Played in Rounds when up to 100 people, where the aim is to free Cards, or in “Quiz” mode when in larger groups, where the aim is to score points.

'A, B, C... Stop! The traditional holiday game has now reached companies. Yes, it's still traditional, with teams playing different categories (animals, countries, names, etc.). The difference? In addition to the unusual 'notebooks', teams will be called to bonus rounds, where they can not only collect more points, but also steal existing points from teams that are ahead! Ready for the challenge?

A tombola with numbered balls, game cards and XL markers. Corporate Bingo puts not only the team's luck to the test, but also their creativity and cunning, as small team challenges will arise throughout the game, which can lead to advantages and disadvantages in the next rounds, or the collection or theft of “numbers”/points. All to reach the long-awaited BINGO!

Spectacle! This is an adaptation of the well-known concept, with a presenter, 'Lenka', small challenges and hand-picked themed products. With a few surprises and lots of laughs in between, we'll meet the price masters, who will then be called upon to play Wheel of Fortune and try their hand at the final window display, with the winning team taking home the grand prize.

A 3D board, a giant dice, different teams and a path full of challenges to follow. The teams will cast their lot, answer quiz-style questions or fulfil the team missions assigned to them along the 'path', to try to move around the board and be the first to finish the course, reaching 'Glory'! With lots of jousting and 'competition', these will be moments full of adrenaline, strategy and good humour.

An alternative to the original Quizz, Joker is played with the aim of reaching the top of the “points tower” and receiving the grand prize. Every time the team gets a question wrong, they go down “floors”. Played with 1 pre-selected representative per theme on stage, it allows “jokers” to be used strategically to communicate with the team. In larger groups, the challenge is played table vs table, together, requiring less strategy but a lot (and fast!) of general culture.

Put your team's knowledge to the test with the Mega Quizz! General culture, popular riddles, instrumental to guess which song is playing, true and false, questions about the company itself and (if desired) about the participants themselves. A complete challenge, with colourful buzzers, signs, slates, fun questions and lots of interaction, with a hint of competitiveness in the final challenge.

A variation on Mega-Quiz, Music Quiz has a special focus on the theme. Song names, artists, instrumentals, out-of-tune songs, industry trivia, karaoke challenges and much more. A real challenge for Music Lovers and a great “party opener” for whatever comes next.

1 Host, several teams and 1 Bomb per Team. One challenge will be issued per round (quiz mode). Whoever loses or fails to answer has to try to defuse their bomb and survive for another round. Who will be the surviving team? Multi-round challenge with a mix of simple team challenges and quiz-style questions.

An Unsolved Mystery! Each team will be given directions, clues, notes and accessories to solve the mystery at hand within a time limit. In a scenario that can be the same for the whole group (scoring/awarding each clue/phase of the mystery) or in groups, giving different mysteries to each team. Who will be the fastest? (Held in any space/place).

For those fun and relaxed moments at the end of the day, we have a large list of games for socialising, such as Jenga, 4th in a row XL, Corn hole, Mikado XL, Arrows, Tower of Cans, Penguin Castle, Beer Ping-Pong, Sub-soccer, Foosball, Ping-Pong and much more. It's a challenge that requires fancy dress, work ‘tools’, art and imagination. Each team will be given pieces of a mystery “puzzle”, with rules and an “extra” challenge in luck (inspirations). On the horn, the teams move on to the next board already started by another team, with new rules, leaving their mark. At the end, they assemble the mural together, creating a fun souvenir of their teamwork.
