Description
If you already have the venue for your event and some of your suppliers selected, you can always request one of our Event Planners (Project Managers), so that you have someone capable of putting all the pieces together and making your event flow on the day of action without any worries.
This professional will:
- Analysing the state of play of the event (venue, suppliers already contracted and client objectives)
- Centralising all information and communication between the parties involved
- Create and manage the detailed event schedule (before, during and after the event)
- Identifies gaps or risks in the existing organisation
- Propose solutions and adjustments to ensure consistency and quality
- Ensure that all suppliers are aligned (timings, deliveries, responsibilities)
- Act as a single point of contact for the customer
- Supervising the assembly, execution and disassembly of the event
- Ensuring the overall coordination of all the event's components
- Ensuring compliance with timings, budget and quality
- Minimising operational risks and communication failures
- Defending the client's interests with all suppliers
- Ensure smooth and flawless execution on the day of the event
- Monitor the experience of participants and stakeholders
- Solve unforeseen problems in real time
- Ensure that the final experience is in line with objectives and expectations
- Elaborate Debrief and Final Event Report
